Outpatient Services |
|
Outpatient clinics in Little Rock and Jacksonville and at selected schools in Pulaski County provide treatment services for children and youth, age 2 through age 20, who are experiencing emotional or behavioral problems. Clients can receive individual, family and group therapies as well as psychiatric consultation, evaluation and medication management. About our clinicians
Jan Kucala, MS, LPC is the program manager for Little Rock and Jacksonville outpatient programs. She has more than 20 years of experience in working with children and families. She was also the Arkansas Practitioner of the year for 2004. She is a registered play therapist and play therapist supervisor.
Jacksonville Clinical Staff
Kim Yada, LCSW, has 15 years experience in mental health with specialized knowledge in autism, Asperger’s and sensory deficits.
Carissa Hardage, LMSW, has interests in family and adolescent issues and enjoys the energy and challenge of this age group.
Kara Baker, LMSW, provides outpatient services for elementary, middle and high school clients. She also provides services at local elementary, middle and junior high schools.
Elizabeth Woodruff, LMSW, provides outpatient services for all age groups. She has a special interest in trauma and attachment issues. She also provides services at a local preschool for children with developmental delays.
Melissa Long, LPE, works with middle, junior and high school aged clients. She has specialized knowledge in testing and learning disability issues.
Forest Place Clinical Staff (Little Rock Office)
Shonda Aldridge, LCSW, is a certified Theraplay provider and supervisor. She has worked extensively with Reactive Attachment disorder, sexual abuse, preschool children and families.
Suzanne James, LCSW, works with many ages and developmental levels and enjoys middle school and elementary children. She is also working with the local schools.
Teresa Weekes-Whitehead, LMSW, is working with mood disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma issues and medication issues. She enjoys the challenge of adolescent and young adult clients.
Brittany Blair, LPE, works with primary schools with children on behavior management problems and enjoys clients of all ages and developmental issues. She has specialized knowledge of testing and learning disabilities issues.
Allison Johnson, LMSW, is proficient in accessing community support and works with teens, children and families on improving necessary behaviors for community and home success.
Lisa Ramsey, LMSW, works with behavior management and developmental issues. She has a special interest in play and art therapy.
